Stretching
The Way to the Top isn't Easy
The pictures 'Stretching' and 'The Way to the Top isn't Easy' show wood splattered in many pieces still connected at the bottom. I took the first picture from the side, and its name comes from the fact that they look like they're stretching all in one direction. The other picture is taken frontal and I can see something that looks a little bit like a path which goes all the way to the top, but it is still spiky and 'hard to walk on' - so the name is 'The way to the Top isn't Easy'.
Throne
Life and its End
The pictures 'Throne' and 'Life and its End' show a dead, old tree. 'Throne' has its name because it looks a little bit like the back of a throne. Because of the sky and the branches it looks like the throne is located high like it is in real life - a king's or queen's throne is above all. 'Life and its End' shows the tree that was alive and is dead now. The branch you can see looks like it is streaming in one direction, getting thinner, and stopping at the end - the end of life.
Accommodation
Shelter
'Accommodation' and 'Shelter' show a stick with many mushrooms on it. I saw many little animals under these mushrooms and could imagine how they are safe from rain and birds under those mushrooms. That's why I named them 'Accommodation' and 'Shelter'.
Lamella
Upside Down
'Lamella' shows mushrooms upside down, so you can see the lamellas. I really love that photo because the frosted side of the mushroom looks cool. The other photo shows the mushrooms from another angle and I gave the picture the name 'Upside Down' because they're turned upside down.
Green Castle
Nature Skyline
'Green Castle' shows a piece of a rotted, dead tree trunk. There's a green mushroom or plant growing on it. In my opinion it looks a little bit like the tower of a castle that's why it's called 'Green Castle'. 'Nature Skyline' is related to the real skyline - not to our high school. I named it that way because it reminds me of the picture I saw when I was on a boat tour in New York to Ellis Island.
